Our Story and Mission

Eco Eats Equation was founded in Lexington by Bang-Tam Ngo with one clear mission: to tackle the growing issue of food waste in commercial kitchens through the power of mathematics. After witnessing the food kitchens in Vietnam working tirelessly but inefficiently, Bang-Tam was inspired to create a solution that could reduce waste, lower energy consumption, and help community kitchens serve more meals without added costs.
